Cider and Perry

Ciders are fermented Alcoholic Beverages obtained from Apple juice. They have Carbon dioxide injected for sparkling. Whiteways , Magners are popular brand of cider and cider are available in two styles :-

Draught cider and Bottled cider . Draught is marketed in oak cask or plastic container while bottled cider are served in bottle .

Perry is fermented Alcoholic Beverage obtained by fermenting the juice of pear. It is carbonated drink so it should be served chilled. Upto 25% cider is mixed in production of Perry. Magners pear , Bulmers pear are popular brands of Perry.
